Benoit Romont a étudié à l’Université de Reims Champagne Ardenne ou il y a obtenu un Master en droit, Droit bancaire, des affaires, de la finance et des valeurs mobilières.

Il évolue de 2010 à 2016 chez Bendt Finances en tant que Responsable Juridique, Chargé d’entreprise et Chargé de projet.

En 2017, il rejoint PWC pour les entrepreneurs en tant que Responsable Juridique.

C’est en 2021 que Benoit Romont rejoint l’équipe du cabinet Emergence (anciennement MMD & associé) en tant que juriste, conseiller en gestion de patrimoine.
